Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and residents' clothing
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or similar environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
Compassionate and respectful approach to working with seniors
