Site Supervisor at Seattle International Services in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Inspection & Client Coordination Officer to coordinate with clients at ADNOC project sites, facilitate vehicle inspections, and ensure that all company vehicles comply with client requirements and site safety standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Client Coordination

• Visit ADNOC project sites and coordinate with client representatives regarding fleet inspections and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections as per client requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding inspection results, observations, and approvals.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance teams for timely resolution.

B. Vehicle Inspection & Compliance

• Coordinate and facilitate inspections of company vehicles and equipment at ADNOC project sites.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet client requirements and applicable site safety standards.
• Verify the availability of required vehicle documents, certificates, and inspection records.
• Identify vehicle defects, safety concerns, and compliance issues before and during inspections.
• Coordinate with the Workshop and Maintenance teams to rectify identified issues.
• Ensure vehicles are presented for re-inspection after rectification.
• Follow up on inspection approvals and ensure vehicles are cleared for site operations.
• 3. Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet coordination, vehicle inspection, transport operations, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working on ADNOC projects or with ADNOC-approved contractors is preferred.
• Good knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and fleet compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, drivers, operators, and internal departments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and ADNOC project locations.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently to different project sites.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
