Clinical Director (LCSW-QS, LMHC-QS, or LMFT-QS) at Seasons… · Tampa

Trade the fee-for-service treadmill for a stable, salaried clinical leadership home.

If you're a seasoned clinician with 8+ years of experience and you're ready to step off the productivity hamster wheel — to earn a reliable salary, take real PTO without losing income, and move into meaningful leadership — this role was built for you.

At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we've created something different: a true clinician-first practice where experienced therapists can do deep, meaningful work with real support and stability behind them. As Clinical Director of our Tampa office, you'll provide clinical leadership, mentor the next generation of clinicians, carry a sustainable caseload, and shape the day-to-day life of a thriving office — all on a predictable salaried schedule with excellent benefits.

About Seasons Psychotherapy Associates

Seasons is a growing, clinician-centered outpatient mental health group practice with approximately 50 clinicians across four Florida offices (Coral Springs, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa). Our mission is to help individuals transform their lives for the better by connecting them with exceptional, well-supported clinicians.

We're known for treating our people well — with genuine autonomy, strong benefits, competitive compensation, and a warm, collaborative culture designed for long-term careers. Our core values guide everything we do: Diversity, Relationships, Quality, and Autonomy.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced clinician who wants to continue doing excellent clinical work while stepping into real ownership of a thriving office. You'll serve as the clinical anchor for the Tampa team, act as a Qualified Supervisor, and partner with ownership to support growth — all with mentorship from our CEO and operational support behind you.

It's meaningful leadership without the isolation or chaos of running a solo practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy with a sustainable personal caseload (approximately 15 sessions per week).
• Serve as Qualified Supervisor for registered interns and associate clinicians, delivering consistent individual and group supervision.
• Mentor and support the Tampa clinical team through consultation, professional development, and culture-building.
• Own day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, space utilization, vendor coordination, compliance, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians as the office continues to grow.
• Uphold excellent documentation, ethical standards, and clinical quality across the team.
• Partner with leadership on office performance, growth strategies, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Current Florida Board–approved Qualified Supervisor (QS) designation in at least one discipline (clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy).
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of outpatient clinical experience, with strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Prior clinical supervision or leadership experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations (children, teens, adults, couples, families).
• Passion for mentoring, team development, and building a supportive clinical culture.
• Deep alignment with our mission and core values.

Compensation & Benefits (True W-2 Salaried Position)

• Base Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 per year (DOE), plus bonus potential.
• Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days in year one + 11 paid federal holidays; increases to 26 days annually thereafter.
• Benefits: Employer-subsidized medical plan, plus 100% employer-paid dental, vision, short-term disability, and life/AD&D coverage. 401(k) with employer match.
• Professional Development: Support for continuing education, clinical training, and leadership development.
• Benefits eligibility begins shortly after hire.

Why Experienced Clinicians Choose Seasons

• True Stability: Reliable salary and benefits — get paid whether you're seeing clients, on PTO, or out sick.
• Sustainable Leadership: Meaningful responsibility with strong support — not the burnout of private practice.
• Warm Culture: Collaborative colleagues, genuine consultation, and a team that values quality over volume.
• Real Impact: Continue doing clinical work you love while mentoring others and shaping your local office.

You became a clinician to help people heal and grow. This is a rare opportunity to do that work at a sustainable pace, with real leadership impact and the support you deserve.
