Company Story
Where purpose meets growth.
Fairhope Physical Therapy has delivered patient-first care in a supportive, therapist-owned environment. Founded in 1993, we’ve grown to serve communities across Alabama. As we grow, we’re adding talented clinicians who value teamwork, clinical excellence, and professional development.
We work together.
You’ll join a strong, collaborative team of physical therapists who support one another and celebrate shared success. Whether you’re a seasoned therapist or just starting your career, we invest in your development and help you grow where your interests take you.
Our patients are what drives us.
We treat patients like we would our own families with compassion, expertise, and consistency. We prioritize continuity of care by ensuring patients work with the same therapist or therapy team throughout their plan of care.
Job Overview & Work Site
Work-life balance? We live it.
We prioritize your time. Our advanced documentation technology allows you to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork—many of our clinicians complete their notes in half the time compared to traditional outpatient clinics.
What we treat.
Our caseload includes musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, blending non-surgical and post-operative care with joint, spine, and sport-specific rehab. We also provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological, dizziness, and balance disorders. Whether your passion lies in orthopedics, pelvic health, or neuro, we can align you with the right clinical fit.
How we do it.
We keep caseloads appropriate and ensure you have the time and tools to deliver exceptional care. We offer robust onboarding, structured mentorship, and access to specialty certifications and professional development tailored to your goals.
Do what you want to do.
Got a passion for a specific area of care? Let us help you build it. We support special interest development across a range of therapy services.
Go where you want to go.
As we continue to expand, so do your opportunities. We support growth into clinical instruction, leadership, and even the launch of new clinics—wherever you see your career heading, we’re here to help you get there.
Our clinic network continues to grow throughout Alabama and Tennessee. You’ll find opportunities in both established and emerging markets—with flexibility to match your preferences.
