Responsibilities:
- Installs, maintains, and upgrades computer hardware, software, peripherals, software and other technology equipment
- Works independently and collaborates electronically in real or near real time with department staff
- Troubleshoots hardware/software problems for computers as well as peripherals and other equipment
- Provides excellent and efficient first-level technical support using the district help desk system
