AI-native go-to-market lead (co-founder opportunity)
Department: Marketing and Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Europe
Compensation: €1,500 - €3,000 / month
Description
We are looking for an AI-native GTM lead who can take ideas from concept to launch independently. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands modern go-to-market execution, from positioning and landing pages to outreach systems, campaigns, experimentation, and conversion psychology.
We see tremendous growth opportunities within certain products and services we deliver. We already have an established, large brand client base and a competence center to deliver them. The opportunity is in making them a separate brand/agency/product and scaling globally to x10 or x50 our market presence and revenue.
You will work closely with scandiweb co-founders.
What are the responsibilities of an AI-native GTM lead?
- Own the full GTM execution process from idea to launch: new offers, microsites, landing pages, launch experiments fast, and paid ads, often within the same day.
- Test and research positioning, messaging, pricing angles, and acquisition channels continuously. Build and manage high-converting landing pages tailored to different industries, countries, and customer segments.
- Set up and optimize Meta campaigns, outbound outreach flows, email sequences, and lead generation systems. Run mass outbound campaigns with personalized messaging at scale if needed.
- Use AI tools daily for content creation, design, automation, personalization, and experimentation. Build repeatable systems and automations that improve speed and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance.
- Where we need your input the most is in driving sales, business development, fine-tuning product/service-market fit, customer relationships, and productizing services.
What do we expect from an AI-native GTM lead?
- Previous experience in growth, GTM, performance marketing, outbound, or establishing your own startup. Experience in eCommerce sales or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of positioning, differentiation, offer creation, and customer acquisition psychology.
- Ability to independently launch campaigns, landing pages, outreach systems, and experiments from scratch. Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows across marketing, design, automation, and research.
- Experience with Meta Ads, cold email infrastructure, CRM flows, and lead generation tooling.
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize independently, and execute without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to be accountable for results.
- Confident spoken and written English skills. scandiweb is an international company, and we use English as our core communication language.
What do we offer?
- Monthly salary of 1500-3000 EUR NET, depending on experience and execution level. Uncapped bonuses tied to measurable growth and business impact.
- Opportunity to gain stock options within the company. A share in revenue, profit, or ultimately vested equity for making a business impact.
- Core health insurance coverage and sports bonuses. Support for hardware upgrades.
- A diverse multinational team of experts to learn from. Legendary online and onsite events to celebrate our success together.
