SECTION I JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

RUN AND MONITOR PRODUCTION TO PRODUCE QUALITY PRODUCT INA SAFE AND EFFICIENT MANNER.

SECTION II INDIVIDUAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions Performs the following duties according to all established, written and/or verbal, operational and quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety policies.

1. Runs machine / equipment.

2. Sets-up machine / equipment.

3. Trouble-shoots machine / equipment.

4. Monitors machine / equipment.

5. Performs quality inspections and makes consistent quality judgments.

6. Performs computer interactions and maintains other records / documentation as required.

7. Maintains area according to 5S policy.

8. Annual hazardous waste training is required due to waster interaction as part of daily activities.

9. Regular attendance is required for this position.

10. Other duties, as assigned.
