Real Estate Agents. Add a Second Income Stream Without Leaving Real Estate
You already know how to generate business. That's the hard part, and you've got it.
The question is whether you're capturing everything that business is worth. Every deal you close has two sides: the real estate and the financing. Right now you're only paid for one of them. What if you could earn on both?
With buyer-agent commissions under pressure after the recent settlements, the agents who thrive from here are the ones who diversify. Getting your mortgage license (NMLS) lets you earn on both sides of the deals you're already doing, deepen your client relationships, and build income that doesn't depend on one commission structure surviving the next lawsuit.
You keep your real estate license. You keep your business. You just add a powerful second revenue stream on top of it.
Here's why this works for agents specifically:
- You already have the network. The single biggest reason new loan officers fail is starting with no sphere. You're not starting from zero. You have past clients, referral partners, and relationships built over years. That's the exact raw material that makes a mortgage business succeed.
- You already understand the transaction. You know the contract, the timeline, the players, the stress points. Most new LOs spend a year learning what you already live every day.
- You already build trust for a living. The same skill that makes a client choose you as their agent makes them trust you with their financing. That trust is your conversion engine.
What we provide:
Satori Mortgage is a national team of about 50 producing loan officers who share wins with each other every day. We'll train you through the licensing process and the mortgage side of the business with onboarding built by a working loan officer, designed around what we wish we'd had when we started. You'll plug into a community where you can ask a question in Slack at 8pm on a Saturday and get a real answer in about five minutes from someone who's actually funding loans. 50+ lenders, a full broker product shelf, and no income caps.
We've been doing this 20+ years (NMLS 4190). We know how to take an agent with a strong network and help them build a real mortgage business alongside their real estate practice.
The honest part: this is a 100% commission opportunity, and getting licensed takes real effort. But you already do the hardest part of this business every single day. We're just helping you get paid for the half you've been giving away.
Our process includes a short assessment that helps us understand how you're wired to win, so we can support you the right way from day one.
Ready to earn on both sides of the deal? Apply and let's talk.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
About Us

We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service, in-house team which offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. Servicing the loan from beginning to end saves the borrower time and money, and you can trust that when we say we can fund a loan, we do it. We do it with care because we are The People!
What Makes Us Great?
Our People, it's as simple as that. We are meticulous and vigilant about the caliber and level of individuals we allow on to our team.
