Role Overview

• Job Title: Sales Manager – BTC Mining
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (In-person)
• Compensation: Base salary +uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to hit aggressive monthly and quarterly investment targets.
• Pipeline & Client Management: Oversee the full sales pipeline, client onboarding, and investment processing while personally managing high-value clients.
• Strategy & Coaching: Develop client acquisition strategies, conduct regular performance reviews, and train staff on objection handling and closing techniques.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date expertise in blockchain technology, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency trends, and BTC Mining infrastructure.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of targeted sales experience within the UAE, specifically in crypto, BTC Mining, financial services, or investment products.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, target-driven performance history, and strong communication skills.
• Preferences: Multilingual candidates and those proficient with CRM systems and MS Office are given strong preference.
