Application Service Manager (ASM) at SAP IT… · New Cairo

Job Description

Are you ready to be the face of SAP's cloud services excellence for enterprise customers across EMEA?

As an Application Service Manager (ASM) within SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS), you will be the central point of ownership for some of our most strategic customer engagements—fostering service quality, deepening relationships, and leading cross-functional teams through the full customer lifecycle, from transition to operations and beyond. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of technology, customer success, and business growth. This location is based out of Cairo and focuses on customers subscribing in MENA region.

What You'll Build

In this role, you'll establish yourself as the trusted owner of end-to-end customer success within CAS. You'll drive service excellence by managing SLAs, budgets, and quality standards across the entire customer lifecycle—from transition and stabilization through operations, offboarding, and renewal. Your management will ensure seamless coordination across SAP and partner resources, creating a unified customer experience that reflects SAP's commitment to service delivery excellence.

What You'll Bring

You'll own comprehensive delivery governance for our most strategic CAS customers, managing SLAs, budgets, quality metrics, and stakeholder communication across the full lifecycle. Your ability to balance operational excellence with financial accountability will ensure every collaboration delivers measurable value while maintaining the highest service standards.

As a trusted advisor, you'll proactively identify optimization, innovation, and adoption opportunities that drive customer success. You'll develop detailed service plans in close collaboration with customers, own the SLAs that underpin these commitments, and orchestrate subject matter experts from SAP and partner organizations toward a unified vision of customer outcomes. Your escalation management skills—demonstrated through confidence, composure, and strategic problem-solving—will build lasting customer allegiance and satisfaction.

You'll collaborate seamlessly with SAP account teams, delivery teams, and partners to create a one-stop CAS experience while championing upsell opportunities and supporting the growth of our service portfolio. Your ability to orchestrate communication across all levels—from technical teams to C-suite executives—will position you as the central point of contact for customer success and business growth.

Where You Belong

SAP is seeking a professional ready to evolve into a strategic role focused on delivering subscription services with direct customer accountability. You thrive in environments where you manage SLAs, drive service commitment planning, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to achieve customer outcomes. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys building customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery, this role offers the platform to make a meaningful impact on SAP's most important customer partnerships.
