We are looking for a proactive, empathetic Customer support Manager to join our night-shift team. You'll be the first point of contact for our students, guiding them through their learning journey and building strong, lasting relationships that keep them engaged and supported around the clock.
About the Position
In this role, you'll engage with the Muslim community across different countries, encouraging them to explore our educational services. This isn't your typical call-center job — you'll build real skills in sales, marketing, customer support, and billing, all within a single role, giving you a solid foundation for your career.
Location
On-site — easy for you We're looking for candidates based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, so the commute stays simple and close to home.
