Lead the Program. Grow the Game. Build Something Special.

San Francisco University High School | San Francisco, California

San Francisco University High School (UHS) is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our next Golf Program Director and Varsity Head Coach, leading our Girls Golf program in the fall and Boys Golf program in the spring.

We are looking for more than a golf coach. We are looking for someone to lead, build, and grow the University Golf program.

This is a unique opportunity. University is restarting its Girls Golf program, giving the next Program Director the chance to build a program, create a culture, and introduce more student-athletes to the game. In the spring, the Program Director will lead our established Boys Golf program and continue its competitive development.

The next leader of University Golf will bring energy, knowledge of the game, and a clear vision for developing student-athletes. They will understand the unique challenge of creating a connected team within an individual sport and build an environment where golfers compete for one another, support their teammates, and take pride in representing University.

UHS is guided by the core values of Inquiry, Care, Integrity, Agency, and Interconnection. Our Athletics Department believes athletics are an essential part of the educational experience and an opportunity for students to develop confidence, resilience, leadership, teamwork, and a sense of belonging.
