Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Electrical Technician to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work related to the Company's lift equipment and systems. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and be able to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, wiring, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in lift equipment and control systems.
• Inspect electrical components, wiring, connections, control panels, sensors, switches, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as instructed.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and according to required technical standards.
• Assist with lift installation, modernization, servicing, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Identify electrical faults and provide appropriate corrective solutions.
• Use electrical testing tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and other team members to complete site work efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and site activities.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and company assets are properly maintained and used responsibly.
• Follow Company safety procedures, site rules, customer requirements, and lawful instructions.
• Attend customer sites and respond to maintenance or breakdown requirements when assigned.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and site personnel.
• Perform other technical duties reasonably assigned by the Company.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Technician is required.
• Experience in lift/elevator, escalator, MEP, industrial, electrical installation, or similar technical industries is preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in lift electrical wiring, control panels, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning will be given preference.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, testing, and fault finding.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and handle site-based technical responsibilities.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Driving Licence Requirement

Valid UAE Driving Licence – Preferred / Advantage

• Candidates holding a valid UAE Driving Licence will be preferred.
• The ability to drive a Company vehicle to customer and project sites is an advantage.
• Candidates must comply with all UAE traffic laws and Company vehicle policies when driving.
• Candidates without a UAE Driving Licence may also apply, unless driving is specifically required for the assigned position.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical qualification/certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at different project and customer sites.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
