Samad Group of Industries is looking for an experienced and capable Senior Assistant Manager (SAM) – Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations and ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts and equipment to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address maintenance and operational requirements.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
