Earn $75,000–$100,000+ per year selling for one of the biggest names in American energy. No sales experience required. Paid training provided.

This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full-time W-2 with guaranteed base pay — your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.

Why This Role Beats the Other Sales Jobs You're Looking At

• You're selling a product businesses already buy — every business pays an energy bill, so there's no cold product education, just a better rate from a top-tier national supplier
• Guaranteed base pay every two weeks, plus uncapped commission on every account you close
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• 2 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays — more paid time off than comparable sales roles in this market
• A real career path: Sales Focus has launched 1,300+ sales programs since 1998 and promotes into senior sales and leadership from within
