About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Wilton, NY, to deliver retail products in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Target. This position is 90% drop and hook loads! For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay
Get paid weekly and average $85,700 per year, earning activity-based paid $0.66 per mile for p.m. or weekend shifts, plus $25 per stop. Top earners are averaging $96,000 + per year. Plus, earn an additional $50 performance and safety bonus per week. And, effective 11-1-2026, a new quarterly retention bonus of $.02 CPM will be added with a potential impact of $1,950 to $2,000 annually!

Schedule
Be home daily with consecutive days off! We offer a five-day workweek and currently have multiple schedules available. Apply to learn more!

Transport retail products using late-model Freightliner Day Cabs with dry van trailers.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor/trailer experience
