Junior Accountant at ROYAL… · Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a result-oriented and detail-focused Junior or Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team at an event production company located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate and updated books of accounts.
• Record supplier invoices, customer invoices, petty cash expenses and bank transactions.
• Perform regular bank, cash, customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documents.
• Prepare professional quotations based on client requirements and internal costing information.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, procurement and project teams to collect material, labour, transportation, installation and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare detailed project cost sheets for metal fabrication, printing, carpentry and event production jobs.
