Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team at our location on Dixie HWY Suite 101 in Louisville, KY. The Host will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience. The key role is to provide a positive, memorable dining experience through excellent customer service. Hosts are held responsible for compliance with standards, policies and procedures such as conduct, etiquette, dress code, complete familiarity with the menu and any subsequent day-to-day changes and completing all tasks as assigned by their supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
