Summary: HomeTeam Pest Defense, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., is a growing pest management company that provides services and technology to homebuilders and homeowners. The Outside Sales Representative will generate sales through homeowner outreach, explain products and services, build long-term customer relationships, and complete accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
- Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
- Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
- Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
- Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
- Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?

Required Qualifications:
- No experience required – training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
