Senior Content Designer, National Impact at Robinhood · Menlo Park

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

In 2026, our team built an entirely new category of financial product in partnership with the U.S. Treasury — investment accounts for every child born in America. The app debuted at #3 in the App Store and #1 in Finance. Now we’re designing what comes next: new platforms and new experiences that will shape how future generations of Americans start building wealth. Getting every child invested early is how we continue to democratize finance for all.

As Senior Content Designer, you'll shape work from early concept through national launch, helping define the design direction for one of Robinhood's most visible product lines. Partnering with senior leadership, engineering, legal, research, data science, and marketing, you'll turn complex requirements into experiences that feel simple and trustworthy.

This role is for a content designer at the top of their craft who wants to make an impact on a national scale. Success looks like a generation of Americans entering adulthood already invested and confident in how money grows.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
