Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or Additive Manufacturing Specialist, with Laser Powder Bed Fusion experience, looking for a hands-on, post-processing focused role where you can take real ownership and progress into senior and principal level positions?

On offer is a position with an established, fast growing manufacturing business, where you will receive structured training and continued on-the-job development while working across specialist, cutting edge AM workflows and post-processing operations.

This company is known for innovative industrial 3D printing technology and supplies components into various industries. As they continue to build out their manufacturing capability, they are looking to add another key technical specialist to the team.

In this role you will oversee metal additive manufacturing workflows and post-processing production lines once parts come off the plates, operate thermal processing furnaces and shop machinery, and use advanced metrology and precision measurement systems to ensure quality and repeatability.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with LPBF experience looking for long-term technical development, increasing responsibility, and a clear progression route toward senior and principal level roles.

The Role:

• Oversee metal additive manufacturing workflows and post-processing production lines
• Operate thermal processing furnaces and shop machinery to remove build parts
• Use metrology and precision measurement systems for quality control and repeatability

The Person:

• Experience with Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) / metal additive manufacturing
• Engineering degree or relevant industry experience
• Looking for technical progression, more responsibility and the opportunity to develop their skillset further
