About ARIS at home: At ARIS at home, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate home care that keeps our clients safe, comfortable, and independent. We value our team members as our greatest asset and actively invest in developing our internal talent so they can grow long-term careers with us.
Role Overview Are you an experienced caregiver or CNA ready to take the next step into healthcare administration without losing touch with patient care? We are looking for a reliable, compassionate professional to join our core team as a Field Support Caregiver and Office Assistant. This role is designed for someone who wants the security of a guaranteed annual salary, steady daytime hours, and the opportunity to gain valuable office operations experience. Instead of chasing unpredictable hourly shifts, you will split your week between vital office administration—such as intake, scheduling, and caregiver onboarding-serving as our primary go-to caregiver when urgent field coverage is required.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Guaranteed Paycheck: Receive steady, dependable pay every pay period. If a shift cancels, your salary stays the same.
- Career Growth: Learn the operational side of home care, including scheduling logistics, recruiting, and client onboarding.
- Supportive Culture: You are a core pillar of our administrative team, not just an extra hand on a roster.
What Your Typical Week Looks Like:
- Office & Scheduling Coordination: Answer incoming calls, conduct client intake screenings, assist with matching caregivers to clients, and manage calendar updates.
- Recruitment & Training Support: Help interview prospective caregivers, assemble onboarding files, and conduct orientation or shadow visits with new hires.
- Field Float Care: Step in seamlessly to cover open or emergency shifts, ensuring our clients never go without essential care.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct introductory visits, ensure home safety compliance, and build trust with clients and their families.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA, HHA, or at least 2-3 years of hands-on professional caregiving experience.
- Prior customer service, scheduling, or office experience (home care or medical office experience is a plus, but not required).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance (mileage is reimbursed).
- Proficiency with computers (Google Docs/Sheets, MS Office) and confidence navigating digital scheduling software. A flexible, problem-solving mindset and a heart for serving seniors.
Benefits & Perks:
- Guaranteed $45,000 annual salary
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
- Standard mileage reimbursement for all travel between client homes and the office
- Continuing education and professional development support clear pathway into full-time office management and care coordination roles
Benefits:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid sick time
- Paid time off
- Professional development assistance
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
