Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Medical Technologist (MedTech) to join our team as a Clinical Applications Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource, providing application support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and training for our medical devices and diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Address client complaints regarding discrepancies in equipment results
• Provide technical support during product demonstrations for the Sales team
• Conduct user training for new accounts and facilitate refresher training for existing ones
• Conduct demo and method validation
• Assist in internal product and process validation testing
• Perform machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for POCT analyzers involving quality control
• Assist in machine commissioning prior to demo.

Administrative Management

• Acquire and maintain updated product inserts and Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Validate stock requests prior to demo
• Monitor demo reagents and applications-related CRM
• Coordinate with principals regarding machine updates
• Provision of training certificates and collation of user manuals

Personal Development

• Continuously develop and improve self-competencies
• Interact proactively across all departments
• Develop mastery of company products and equipment

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Technologist (MedTech) — PRC License required
• At least 1 year of professional. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and diagnostic equipment
• Proficient in MS Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
• Willing to start immediately

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
