URGENT VACANCY: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a versatile, proactive and result-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, supervise workers, monitor job execution, coordinate customer orders and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure workers meet targets.

Monitor jobs from commencement to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Assign duties, monitor staff performance and ensure accountability.

Follow up on ongoing jobs and customer orders, even when outside the workplace.

Support sales activities, customer enquiries, follow-ups and order processing.

Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Provide regular production and operational reports to management.

Ensure effective coordination between production, sales and other business activities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.

- Ability to supervise production workers and monitor jobs from start to finish.

- Strong job follow-up and coordination skills, including remote monitoring when necessary.

- Ability to handle basic sales activities, customer follow-ups and order conversion.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Must be accountable, proactive and result-oriented.

Location: Somolu Axis, Lagos. Only candidates residing within Somolu and its immediate environs will be considered.
