Business Development Representative - AZ at Revelation… · Remote

Why This Role

This isn't a call-center job. It's a ground-floor seat in a growing industrial marketplace business, built for people who want to own their pipeline, get rewarded for what they close, and grow into bigger roles as the company scales. If you're the type who treats a territory like it's your own business, this is built for you.

Position Summary:

BDRs are responsible for aggressively prospecting machinery opportunities by making high-volume outbound calls, identifying equipment for resale, and collecting as much initial information as possible before passing it promptly to the Acquisition team. This role is remote nationwide, with the exception of candidates based within commuting distance of our Gilbert, AZ or Modesto, CA offices, who will work a hybrid schedule of approximately 2–3 days per week in the office, with in-office days varying based on business needs, training, meetings, and team collaboration.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Base salary: $50,000
• Commission structure: 2.5% of gross margin on closed deals
• On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000–$80,000
• Bonus structure: Performance bonuses awarded for hitting margin milestones
