We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in bringing our products to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building strong supplier relationships and enjoy solving problems before they become roadblocks, we'd love to hear from you.As our Senior Production Coordinator, you'll own the production process from development through to bulk delivery, ensuring every milestone stays on track while driving efficiencies, improving supplier performance and protecting delivery timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end critical path, from development through to bulk delivery, including lab dips, trims, strike-offs and bulk fabric approvals.Proactively identify production risks and take action before deadlines are impacted.Challenge supplier lead times, production plans and delivery schedules to continuously improve speed to market.Take ownership of production issues, working with suppliers and internal teams to deliver practical solutions.Monitor supplier performance across delivery, responsiveness and critical path accuracy.Support cost reduction initiatives by reviewing supplier costings and ensuring pricing updates are captured.Partner with Product, Planning and Garment Tech teams to align commercial priorities and delivery outcomes.Keep all production information in 3 Clicks accurate and up to date, including costing, purchase orders, delivery dates and supplier updates.Build strong day-to-day supplier relationships while confidently holding partners accountable to agreed timelines.Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify communication and reduce unnecessary approval rounds.Coordinate Marketing, Digital and Advertising sample requirements, ensuring samples are delivered on time.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll be someone who doesn't just follow up, you take ownership.
