FIELD SALES AGENT

About Shop Krate
Krate is an operations system designed for Nigeria's drinks wholesale and retail trade. It replaces traditional notebooks and scattered records with a simple tool for managing live stock, returnable empties, credit control and WhatsApp-ready invoices.
We are looking for motivated Field Sales Agents to visit drinks depots within their assigned territories, demonstrate the Krate platform to depot owners and onboard new subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit drinks depots within your assigned territory every working day.
- Demonstrate the Krate platform to depot owners and sign them up.
- Collect initial payments and hand over newly registered depots to the onboarding team.
- Identify larger depots and distributors and refer them to the Sales Executive.
- Record all visits and successful sign-ups in Krate's system.
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, FMCG sales or market selling.
- Good knowledge of drinks depots and markets in Mushin or Agege.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₦30,000 monthly.
- Commission: 25% of monthly billing for each active subscriber signed up during the first 12 months, reducing to 10% for as long as the subscriber remains active.
- Data Allowance: ₦5,000 monthly.
- Transport Allowance: ₦15,000 monthly.
Trial Period
The position has a 60-day trial period, with a target of securing three paying depots.
