Job Overview:
Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team
responsible for customer service, sales performance, and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate, detailed product information.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and an outstanding customer experience.
• Operate POS systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and reporting low stock or discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Education: BA / BSc / BCom / FA / FSC / BBA/ ADP
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Retail experience required
