Partner Manager at Remofirst in Oregon

RemoFirst is transforming the way businesses hire and manage global teams. Our mission is to enable Freedom of Work by providing an all-in-one global HR platform that simplifies hiring, compliance, payroll, and benefits management. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Fortune 500 businesses and leading startups.

We are a small but strong team of 200+ people (and growing) hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships.

The Role

PEOs and PEO brokers serve thousands of U.S. businesses that increasingly need to hire outside the country. RemoFirst gives them a way to say yes to those clients. We recently launched a key PEO partnership and are hiring a Partner Manager to activate it and build out our PEO and PEO broker channel. Your goal is to turn that channel into a repeatable, scalable source of qualified leads.

This is a remote role with frequent in-person work at partner meetings, PEO industry conferences, and networking events. It’s ideal for someone entrepreneurial who knows the PEO world and wants to own a channel from the ground up.This is a remote role with frequent in-person work at partner meetings, PEO industry conferences, and networking events.
