Well established client looking to add experienced Cleanroom / Electronics Semiconductor Assembly / Wafer Fab operators to their shift team

Roles available on 6 month contracts

( 12 hour Days & Nights, 4 on 4 off ) Conti Shift pattern

This role involves setting up and operating cleanroom equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing processes including Wire Bonders, Photolithography, Etch equipment.

Previous experience of working within a fab / semiconductor / opto electronics environment is essential.

Roles would also be suitable for Graduates with related degree looking for first position in the sector as there is an opportunity to progress into engineering roles

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor cleanroom equipment to ensure precise pattern transfer onto wafers.
• Perform routine inspections and calibrations of machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the cleanroom environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of process parameters, equipment status, and product quality.
• Support the preparation and organisation of materials and tooling required for production runs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise process parameters and improve yield rates.
• Follow strict cleanliness standards to prevent contamination during wafer processing.

Pay: From £36,251.00 per year
