Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro Rehab (The Anti-Burnout Role!) Location: Brewer, Maine Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Zero Weekends. Perks: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Yep, you read that right) Hey PTs — Are You Tired of the Assembly Line? If you went into physical therapy to actually heal people—not to play musical chairs with three patients at once while racing against insurance clocks—we have a treatment table with your name on it. At Rehab Without Walls in Brewer, we do exactly what our name says: we break down the traditional barriers of rehab. We are looking for a passionate, fun-loving Physical Therapist to join our outpatient neuro team. Whether you’re a seasoned neuro specialist or a clinician eager to dive deep into neuro rehab with dedicated mentorship, we want your unique energy. What Your Days Will Actually Look Like: Quality Over Quantity: You get true 1-on-1 time with your patients. No double-booking, no juggling three people at once. Just dedicated, meaningful care. Real Neuro Rehab: Help individuals recovering from brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions regain their strength, balance, and independence. A Team That Has Your Back: Work alongside physical therapists, OTs, and speech therapists who share ideas, celebrate patient wins, and actually enjoy spending time together. Evenings & Weekends Are Yours: Clock out at 4:30 PM on Friday and don't think about work again until Monday morning. Go explore Acadia, hit the Penobscot River, or just catch up on sleep. What We Bring to the Table: 💰 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Because you've worked hard for those initials after your name). 🗓️ Sanity-Saving Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends, no late nights. 📈 Growth & Mentorship: Mentorship from experienced neuro clinicians to help you expand your skill set. 🏖️ Competitive Pay & Full Benefits Package (Health, dental, PTO, and CEU support). What You Bring to the Table: A valid PT license (or eligibility) in the state of Maine. A passion for neurological rehabilitation and helping people tackle complex goals. A sense of humor, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine love for watching patients win. Bonus points: Your favorite local coffee or lunch spot in Brewer/Bangor to share with the team on day one!
