Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Provider (NP or PA) to deliver specialized weight loss, hormone, and wellness care across multiple West Valley clinics. This role offers the opportunity to work in different locations throughout the week—Arrowhead & Avondale—providing variety while delivering consistent, compassionate care to our patients.

As a Provider, you will perform comprehensive health assessments, prescribe and manage weight loss and hormone therapies, create personalized treatment plans, and coach patients through the lifestyle changes that support their long-term goals. Most importantly, you’ll embody the Red Mountain Way by delivering a 5-star patient experience everywhere you go.

As a Medical Provider, you will:

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical exams to evaluate patient goals and barriers.

• Create and manage individualized weight loss and wellness plans tailored to patient needs.

• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust weight loss and hormonal medications in collaboration with supervising physicians.

• Educate and motivate patients on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle practices.

• Document patient progress, track outcomes, and refine treatment plans to ensure success.

• Rotate between Gilbert, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Chandler, and Scottsdale to support patient care across the East Valley.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting team collaboration, and upholding safety and compliance standards.

Position Details

• Full-time commitment: 35–40 hours per week.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am–1:30 pm. Providers work five days per week, including two Saturdays per month.

• Locations: Regular coverage at our Mesa, Gilbert and Scottsdale clinics.

• Travel & Scheduling: This role requires regular travel between East Valley & Scottsdale locations. You will not travel between locations on the same day; each day will be assigned to a single clinic. For example, you might be scheduled in Mesa on Tuesday and Gilbert on Wednesday. Schedules are created quarterly, so you will know in advance which location you will be at each day.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona.

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start).

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical work experience; experience in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, or retail medicine preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide patients.

• Willingness to travel between East Valley locations as part of a rotating schedule.

Benefits

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k).

• 24 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) time and $2,000 CME allowance.

• Generous discounts on all Red Mountain programs and services, including Med Spa treatments and cosmetic injectables.

• Friends & Family Program with discounts extended to five individuals.
