You will coordinate the customer, technical, commercial, and writing inputs that go into each submission. The right candidate knows the non-traditional acquisition landscape well, has real relationships inside consortia and program offices, and runs a pipeline with discipline.

The Product Pursuit Lead shall possess the following capabilities:

• Manage a pursuit pipeline end to end: intake, qualification, deadlines, actions, and response schedules.
• Maintain consortium memberships and program-office relationships; monitor member-only solicitation flow.
• Lead initial customer conversations and coordinate technical shaping support.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs into on-time, compliant submissions.
• Lead and develop sourcing and technical writing staff.
