Find and fix what stops D2C visitors from buying.
Run A/B tests on product pages, carts and checkout.
Responsibilities
- Audit funnels with analytics and heatmaps
- Write test hypotheses and run A/B tests
- Improve PDPs, cart and checkout
- Report wins and learnings
- Work with designers and developers on changes
Requirements
- 1+ year in CRO or e-commerce analytics
- GA4, Hotjar/Clarity
- A/B testing tools
- Strong UX sense
Nice to have: Shopify, Indian COD checkout experience
