Automotive Service Advisor at Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Township, PA

We're Hiring a Service Advisor at Rafferty Subaru!

Is delivering an exceptional customer experience your #1 priority? Do you take pride in making people feel heard, valued, and taken care of? Are you looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your ability to connect with customers truly matters?

Rafferty Subaru is looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team! We've been family owned and operated since 1977, and we've built a tremendous following by taking care of our customers and our community.

We have one opening available for an individual who is passionate about customer service, customer relationships, and delivering an outstanding experience every time. While automotive service experience is valuable, our #1 priority is finding someone who genuinely cares about people, takes ownership of the customer experience, and is committed to doing what it takes to earn their trust and loyalty.

Customer Experience Comes First

Our service drive runs on employee empowerment, accountability, and putting the customer first. We are looking for a positive, customer-focused individual who is willing to step up to the plate, make difficult decisions when needed, solve problems, and do the right thing for the customer — even when it's not the easiest thing to do.

Don't have Service Advisor experience? That may not be a deal breaker.

In fact, if you're an exceptional restaurant server, hospitality professional, retail salesperson, hotel professional, or customer service representative who takes pride in creating great experiences, we encourage you to apply.

We can teach the automotive side of the job. We can't teach someone to genuinely care about customers.

If you're the type of person who remembers your customers, communicates before they have to ask, stays calm when things get difficult, takes ownership when something goes wrong, and understands that a great experience is what brings customers back — you may have exactly what we're looking for.

At Rafferty Subaru, customer experience isn't just part of the job — it is the job.

If creating a great customer experience is what drives you, we'd love to meet you.
