Clinical Operations Lead

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day clinical research and study operations.
• Coordinate with investigators, doctors, study sites, clients, and internal teams.
• Assist in study start-up, documentation, data collection, follow-ups, and study closure activities.
• Maintain study trackers, timelines, documents, and project updates.
• Ensure activities are performed as per study protocols, SOPs, and applicable ICH-GCP requirements.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Data Management, Medical Writing, Statistics, and Regulatory teams.
• Monitor project progress, pending activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and escalate operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and confidential study-related records.
• Experienced candidates may additionally handle team coordination, project ownership, and investigator/client communication.
• Freshers will be considered and provided appropriate training and guidance in clinical research operations.

Eligibility

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS / MDS / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Clinical Research or relevant healthcare/life-science qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, CRO, Pharma, or Healthcare Research will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, follow-up, and MS Office skills required.
• Candidates from Rajasthan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
