YOUR MISSION
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key running specialists and wholesale partners, acting as a trusted category expert
Define and drive sell-out, PoS, and activation strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Category teams
Deliver hands-on sell-out support, including leading product trainings, workshops, and key retailer events
Plan and execute impactful retailer activations and manage stock, re-orders, and seasonal transitions to optimize sell-through
Gather and analyze market and consumer insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and act as a senior sparring partner to Sales
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Purchasing to ensure strong cross-functional alignment across category initiatives
Create and maintain internal and external reports focused on documenting activities, activations, and key events as a reference and knowledge base for stakeholders.
YOUR TALENT
Proven experience in Sales, Category Management, or related commercial roles within sports, running, or FMCG
Strong understanding of wholesale environments and retail activation strategies
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Hands-on, result-driven approach with strong execution capabilities; leadership experience is a plus
Language skills: Fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
