Not all customer service roles are created equal.

Some are simply about taking calls and processing orders. This opportunity is different. This is your chance to join Cobra PUMA Golf and become part of a brand that is shaping the future of the game.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people, thrives on building strong relationships and wants to combine their customer service expertise with a career in one of the world's most exciting sporting industries.

YOUR TALENT

About You

You understand that great customer service is about creating positive experiences, solving problems and building trust.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work and find satisfaction in delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. You're equally comfortable speaking with customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing the operational details that keep a business running smoothly.

To Be Successful You'll Bring

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a similar customer-focused role
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP or similar platforms
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to team success
• Experience within sporting goods, retail, wholesale or consumer products will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Why Join Cobra PUMA Golf?

Opportunities to join leading global sporting brands are rare. Opportunities to do so in a role that offers genuine career development, exposure to a dynamic industry and the chance to work alongside passionate people are even rarer.

At Cobra PUMA Golf, you'll be joining a business driven by innovation, performance and a love for sport. You'll work with talented professionals, build valuable industry experience and become part of a team that is passionate about delivering world-class products and customer experiences.
