• Develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native, following current standards and established technical architecture.
• Implement complex components, screens, navigation flows, and features using React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Write unit and component tests according to project guidelines and apply appropriate testing practices.
• Perform code and pull request reviews, providing technical feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on device and simulator, conduct root cause analysis, and participate in mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with creative and technical stakeholders to assess feasibility, completeness, and accessibility.
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements into component behavior and technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, effort estimates, risk assessments, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support knowledge transfer, onboarding, mentoring, recruitment, and craft initiatives.

Strong professional experience building production mobile applications with React Native.
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, plus a solid foundation in HTML and CSS concepts.
Experience delivering responsive layouts across a range of screen sizes, orientations, and device types on iOS and Android.
Excellent knowledge of mobile-first design, MVC (or similar architectural patterns), and object-oriented development practices.
Experience with React fundamentals (hooks, component lifecycle, state management) and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Experience integrating mobile applications with external web services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of coding standards, testing practices, code quality, and defect resolution.
Experience with accessibility, performance optimization, caching, offline strategies, and mobile security standards.
Ability to review code, provide technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.
Mandatory platform or technology skills
React Native (production experience on both iOS and Android).
JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
React and modern state management approaches.
Responsive and adaptive mobile UI development.
Navigation libraries (e.g., React Navigation) and app architecture patterns.
Integration with external web services (REST/GraphQL) and authentication flows.
Build and tooling experience such as npm/Yarn, Metro, Babel, and Xcode/Android Studio.
Unit and component testing (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library) and code review practices.
Version control and CI/CD fundamentals for mobile app builds and releases.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with native modules and bridging (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
Experience with React Native New Architecture.
Familiarity with app store submission and release processes (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Intermediate full-stack development knowledge.
Basic cloud and DevOps knowledge.
Familiarity with advanced networking concepts, including TCP, HTTP, and TLS.
Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, or Acceptance Test Driven Development.
Experience with end-to-end mobile testing tools (e.g., Detox, Appium).
