Provides global logistics, track & trace, documentation, BPO processes, and supply chain support services.

Job summary:

• Order processing management

• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders

• Coordination/follow up of the shipment

• Supporting the main logistic processes by creating and administrating the electronic files and the documents Creating the electronic files in the internal system

• Data maintenance

• Archiving the electronic documents in the internal system

• Communication with foreign branch offices

Accurate and precise approach and speedy processing

• Creating the electronic files in the internal system

Also responsible for:

• Working with excel reports
• Reporting to Team Leader

Education/qualifications, experience and required skills:

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications
• Initiative and strong sense for organization
• Positive and “can do” attitude, with focus on meeting customers’ requirements
• Accuracy, attention to detail, fast learner
• Position suitable also for fresh graduates
• Can start ASAP
