ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing mental health organization dedicated to delivering timely, evidence-informed care to children, youth, and families across Alberta. Our client is expanding its services to Fort McMurray with the launch of an innovative new facility in 2027 — and they are seeking a foundational leader to help build it from the ground up.

The Program Manager will provide operational leadership and oversight for a first-of-its-kind integrated model of care, bringing together two levels of adolescent mental health programming within a single purpose-built facility. This is a rare opportunity for an innovative, mission-driven leader to shape the future of adolescent mental health services in a growing northern community. Our client's identity is held in strict confidence as part of this recruitment process.
