ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and support applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical development skills and experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Support ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance platform functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development and security best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Remote position with occasional onsite travel as needed.

Required Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation and support of multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
