About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support informed business decisions.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Work with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Automate and improve recurring reports and data-analysis processes where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
