Industrial Electrician at Pro Staffing Solutions in Hershey, PA

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with conduit installation, electrical wiring, control panels, motors, and industrial electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential.

Pay: $26–$35 per hour, based on experience, plus a 15% shift differential for 2nd Shift.

• Previous industrial electrical experience required.

• Experience installing and running EMT and rigid conduit.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, motors, and control panels.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial electrical systems preferred.

• Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to safely work at heights and use ladders or scaffolding.

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine electrical inspections.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• $26.00 - $35.00 based on experience.
