We Reward Reliability

Base pay ranges from $13.00–$15.00/hour based on position, experience, and qualifications.

Team members can also earn an additional $1.25 for every hour worked when attendance requirements are met.

For a full-time employee working 40 hours, that’s up to $50 more per week — approximately $2,600 per year.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Previous childcare or early childhood experience preferred. Experienced Lead Teacher candidates may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience and qualifications.
