Reports to: Vice President of Sales

About Us

Powerhouse Dynamics, a Middleby company, is the leading provider of IoT solutions for commercial kitchens through our Open Kitchen® platform. We help the world’s largest restaurant and foodservice operators reduce costs, improve efficiency, ensure food safety, and gain unprecedented visibility into their operations. Our connected equipment solutions are rapidly expanding across global brands, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented operator to help scale deployment and onboarding programs.

About the Role

As a Channel Sales Representative at Powerhouse Dynamics, you will play a key role in driving growth across the Mountain West Region by introducing new customers to our Open Kitchen platform. You will own your territory, build meaningful relationships with restaurant and foodservice operators, and help businesses leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and performance.

You'll lead the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing new opportunities to delivering consultative solutions and closing deals. You'll also build strategic partnerships across the industry to expand our market presence and drive adoption of our technology. With ownership of your territory and the opportunity to make a measurable impact, you'll play an important role in Powerhouse Dynamics' continued growth.

The assigned sales territory includes 13 states across the Western United States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive new business and achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with multi-unit restaurant operators, convenience stores, retailers, and other target customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, industry relationships, referrals, and channel partnerships.
• Establish relationships with operational, technical, financial, and executive decision-makers to understand business challenges and influence purchasing decisions.
• Position Powerhouse Dynamics' Energy Management, Connected Equipment, and Food Safety solutions by connecting customer needs to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with manufacturer representatives, OEMs, equipment dealers, and strategic partners to generate opportunities and expand adoption of Open Kitchen solutions.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce, provide reliable sales forecasts, and proactively communicate deal progress, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer transition following contract execution.
