About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate records, and support the finance team during audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including journal entries, ledgers, and general accounting transactions
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records
• Prepare and post month-end closing entries, including accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations on a periodic basis to ensure accuracy of asset and liability accounts
• Assist statutory and internal auditors by preparing schedules, providing supporting documentation, and resolving audit queries
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely financial reporting
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA (Inter) qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, especially during month-end and audit periods
• Strong communication skills to liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
