Pharmacy Intake Technician at Pixel Care in Location not listed
Entry LevelOn-siteFull-timeNot specified
Job Description
At Pixel, we’re on a mission to connect a fragmented healthcare system through a unified fertility management and support platform. We bring patients, providers, and pharmacies together, so information flows freely, questions are answered, and treatment is supported every step of the way.
We believe patients deserve more than prescriptions – they deserve guidance, education, and compassionate support throughout their fertility journey. That’s why we’re building a platform that empowers patients while connecting them with the healthcare professionals, resources, and community they need to feel informed and supported.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Pharmacy Intake Technician to join our growing team in Austin, Texas.
In this role, you’ll review prescription and patient information received through multiple channels, confirm key order information is complete, perform benefits analysis, and accurately enter information into our pharmacy systems. You’ll also help manage the flow of incoming documentation, identifying materials that fall outside of the prescription intake process and routing them to the appropriate team.
As an important part of our patient care operations, you’ll work closely with pharmacists and Patient Care Coordinators to keep orders moving efficiently and ensure the information our teams rely on is accurate, complete, and appropriately documented.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Austin headquarters, reporting directly to the Data Manager. The position works Monday through Friday and requires flexibility to work rotational shifts from 8 am to 4:30 pm and 10:30 am to 7 pm CT, with participation in a Saturday rotation from 8 am to 2 pm, as needed.
