Covercoat Operator 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Summary: Pioneer Circuits is a leading U.S. manufacturer of innovative high-performance flexible circuit boards. The Lamination Covercoat Operator applies Final Layer Covercoat and stiffeners, ensuring jobs are processed according to team leader direction and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: - Applies Final Layer Cover coat and stiffener - Evaluates and performs jobs that are complex requiring different types of stiffeners, Final Layer Covercoat, layer bonding and long cables for special projects - Inspects layers that require rework process - Performs all other duties as needed - Cross train in Die Cut Required Qualifications: - Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently - Ability to read and understand documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency with manufacturing tools, parts, equipment and materials - Knowledge with all materials associated with Lamination Covercoat processes - Must be available to train during 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00PM) - Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing experience Required Skills: Lamination Covercoat processes, Manufacturing tools proficiency Important Skills: Printed Circuit Board experience Nice-to-Have Skills: English proficiency Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, 401(k) plan + company match, Various voluntary benefits options
