As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time AT&T Team Member who is excited to work with customers, learn new skills, and build a career in a people-focused environment.

As an AT&T Team Member, you will meet with customers face-to-face, learn about their needs, and help them explore AT&T products and services that fit their lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Through training and ongoing support, every AT&T Team Member has the opportunity to develop valuable communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member

• Learn about customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T products and services that best fit their situation.
• Assist customers with enrollment, account updates, and general questions, while giving them the appropriate service they need.
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction as an AT&T Team Member.
• Build lasting relationships through strong communication and positive customer service experiences.
• Work alongside other AT&T Team Members to achieve team goals and support daily operations.

Qualifications of an AT&T Team Member

• Positive attitude and commitment to providing quality customer service.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Interested in developing skills as an AT&T Team Member and growing professionally.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
